An important part of the Bed & Breakfast experience is the food. The White Doe Inn is pleased to provide outstanding service and a delicious full four-course seated and served breakfast that will delight your palate and be pleasing to the eye. Homemade cereal, home baked breads, morning Green Mountain Coffee and Harney & Sons Tea set the tone for breakfast. Great care is given to serving only the freshest foods that are garnished with edible herbs and flowers from the Inn's own gardens. Weather permitting you can enjoy your breakfast communing with nature on our beautiful back deck and veranda.

Guests returning to The White Doe Inn after a day of fun-filled adventure on the Outer Banks will find wonderful and delightful homemade desserts. So that our guests will not miss these specially prepared desserts, we have arranged for them to be available in the dining room from 3 -10 p.m. So . . . you can come back as many times as you wish!

A visit to The White Doe Inn is not complete without experiencing one of our soothing Spa treatments. Our holistic and nurturing treatments are designed to encourage relaxation, enhance circulation, eliminate toxins and minimize stress. The treatments are provided in the tranquil seclusion and privacy of your guestroom. We recommend you make your appointment as soon as possible as treatments do book well in advance. All spa services at the Inn must be booked through the Inn.

You may choose to be married at The White Doe Inn, an elegant and luxurious Victorian Inn, nearby overlooking Shallowbag Bay in the Manteo Waterfront Gazebo, or one of the beautiful beaches along the Outer Banks. The White Doe Inn would then be available for a lovely garden reception where friends and family can experience and share the true southern spirit of this area.

Facility Rental

For the couple that wants to handle all the details, The White Doe Inn is available for rental without an all-inclusive package. The maximum number of people allowed is 30. A facility fee of $1,500.00 includes the rental of The White Doe Inn Private Gardens for the agreed upon time and includes: the Sunken Garden, the Veranda, the Pavillion and the lawn area in-between.

The Host(s) party is responsible for arrangements with and costs of coordinators/ directors, caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, rental companies, and/or any other services they may contract with. The Host(s) will provide The White Doe Inn with a list of all vendors hired and will make sure that all vendors are aware of The White Doe Inn policies.

Access to the site by vendors can be guaranteed no earlier than 11:00 A.M. and must be vacated by all guests and vendors no later than 9:00 P.M. A White Doe Inn staff member will be on-site during the event.
