What a cheery guestroom, perfect for your getaway! A delightful queen size bed is the focal point of this intimate enclave, located on the second floor of our bed and breakfast. An elegant painted armoire provides closet space, while the window boxes at each window are home to dozens of geraniums to brighten your morning! The bathroom sports a claw-foot tub salvaged from the restoration. (The fireplace is ornamental.)

Reservations Details
Our historic Asheville bed and breakfast, located just a mile from downtown Asheville, a mile from Biltmore Estate and 0.8 mies from the River Arts District, is located in a quiet neighborhood and features six well-appointed guestrooms. So it's the perfect place for a serene, peaceful getaway that is so close to so much! Enjoy affordable luxury accommodations.
Reservations:
North Lodge on Oakland bed and breakfast has a minimum of two-night reservations for the weekends in high season. However, if you call on Thursday prior to your visit, we might be able to accommodate a one-night stay!
Holidays that may require a three night minimum. Holidays are:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- New Year's
Rates:
Rates are based upon double occupancy - A rollaway can be added to Magnolia, Carolina or Marsh for $50. Tax - State and County tax is 13% Breakfast is included with your stay - however, if you decide to leave early or not have breakfast we ask that you let us know that in advance.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be held responsible for the entire reservation unless we are able to rebook the room. This policy may vary for groups, holidays and at certain times of the year. Early departures are considered the same as cancellations and are subject to the same terms.
General Information:
Times - Check-in is between 3-6 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside that time frame, please call us. We often run errands from noon to 3. Check-out is 11 a.m.
Children, Pets etc. - Children over 12 are most welcome. Sorry, we cannot accommodate any pets.
Use of any tobacco, either smoking, vaping, etc., is prohibited inside the Lodge and on the grounds.
Group Rentals - Groups are welcome! Please call for availability.
