Children of all ages enjoy Maple Hill Manor's Farm Setting. Enjoy the Alpacas & Llamas, Pick fruit from the Orchard, and play with the Barn Cats and Dogs.Children between the ages 6+ are welcome with advance notice – $12.50/child/night. Additional persons, age 12 and above, add $25/person/night.

Candles
Prohibited – Sorry, but our fire alarms are very sensitive, our insurance prohibits candle use, and Guest will be responsible for all charges resulting in the clean-up of wax, smoke, and/or fire damages.

Deposit Required
Small inns are greatly affected by cancellations. Others are turned away when you agree to rent a room or rooms. Thus we have established a fair payment policy: 50% of rental (minimum 1-night charge) is due by cash, check, money order, traveler’s check, or credit/debit card when your reservation is made. The balance is due at the end of your stay or rental agreement. You are responsible for the entire amount of your rental agreement. All payments are guaranteed by a valid Credit or Debit Card.

In the unlikely event you do find a less expensive rate elsewhere within 24 hours of your booking for the identical room type, date and length of stay, which is lower than the best available rate on our website (packages and promotions excluded), we will be pleased to honor that rate. Prices may vary from other websites, which may not be updated and may not include accurate rates involving holidays or festival weekends, as we do not discount for holiday or festival periods. Booking directly with Maple Hill Manor guarantees the Best Rate Available, or we will match any third-party rate to assure customer satisfaction. Rates are subject to a 6% State Sales Tax, 3% Tourism Tax, and 1% Transient Lodging Tax.
Minimum/Maximum Stay
No minimum stay required, unless otherwise specified. 30-Day Maximum Stay according to state regulations.
Check-In/Check-Out Time
Check-In is between 4:00pm-10:00pm EDT and Check-Out is by 12:00 noon. Early arrivals must be pre-arranged and agreeable by the Innkeeper. Please no early drop-off of bags or in-room items. Drive-bys are permissible, but not for tours/history of the home, use of bathrooms, or other reasons for unexpected arrivals. Late Arrivals after 10:00pm require advance notification and Key Arrangements to be provided. Please, no calls or unexpected arrivals after 12 midnight, out of respect and courtesy of other house guests and the Innkeepers.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel outside of 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25/room/night Administration/Re-booking Fee. Should you cancel 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date (30 days for groups involving more than 2 guest rooms), your entire deposit will be forfeited unless we can rebook your room/s so it does not result in a loss of business. Upon re-booking the room, your deposit will then be refunded less the $25/room/night Administration/Re-booking Fee.
Trip Cancellation Insurance Plan is available, just request more information when making reservation: If you have to cancel up to 3pm EST the day of your arrival, you get a full Refund of your deposit. The cost of the plan is only 15% of your reserved room rate. Pre-payment of the full value of your reservation is required in advance for this plan using a Credit or Debit Card.
Early Departures
Should you need to depart prior to your reservation end-date you will be expected to fulfill your reservation commitment.
