Amazin Apple Raisin Cake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. real mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 c. milk
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. peeled, chopped, tart apples (or drained pineapple tidbits)
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions
In large bowl with mixer at low speed beat first 10 ingredients, 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently (batter will be thick). Stir in apples, raisins and nuts. Bake in a bundt pan liberally sprayed with vegetable spray or two 9" greased and floured layer pans at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Done when inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes to cool and turn out on plate. Bundt cake may be glazed, layer cake stacked, filled and topped with whipped cream.
