Ideal up to two adult guests only. The Penthouse Parlor features one king bed, an in-room whirlpool tub, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. This room is located on the third floor of our Chateau Villa.

Ideal for up to five guests. Two double beds with a twin sleep sofa. Classic Parlors are located on the first or second floor of our Chateau Villa.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
We are a small family owned property and last-minute cancellations affect us significantly. We therefore adhere to a strict cancellation policy. All room cancellations, re-schedules or amendments to a reservation must be received at least 14 days prior to guests arrival date. Should notification be received less then 14 days before arrival date, all deposit payments will be forfeited. In case of No Shows, late arrivals or early departures, guests will be charged in full (100% payment) for all nights reserved. Remaining room balances are due and charged to the credit card on file on the date of confirmed arrival. We encourage our guests to consider the purchase of travelers insurance in the event of medical emergencies, flight changes, or adverse weather involving rain or snow. Please note all cancellations are subject to a $35 fee to cover merchant services and administrative costs. Reservations can not be canceled via email. If you must cancel your reservation, please contact our reservation team between the hours of 9am- 10pm EST at 732-974-2000.Booking & Deposit Policy
Reservations of two or more nights require a 50% deposit, one night reservations require payment in full. All deposits are inclusive of applicable state and local taxes and are charged at the time of booking. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Reservations can be made via phone or directly through our website, but cannot be made via email or contact form. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. In our select rooms and suites that can accommodate more than 2 guests, an additional fee of $25 will be charged per night for each additional guest over the age of 11 (up to the maximum capacity of each room). Check-in is guaranteed anytime after 3:00pm. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Check out is anytime before 11:00 am. Baggage storage is available free of charge.Parking Policy
The Chateau Inn offers the largest on-site parking lot of all Spring Lake Hotels, including two handicap spaces. If our on-site parking lot is full, additional parking for our guests is available just four houses away at the Spring Lake municipal lot. Spring Lake does not permit overnight on-street parking between the hours of 3:00 am and 6:00 am, and violation of this ordinance will result in a parking ticket. All on site and off-site parking is free and does not require a permit.Pet Policy
We love our furry friends, however, pets are not permitted at The Chateau Inn. Under the ADA, people with disabilities have the right to be accompanied by their service dog if they have been trained to perform disability related tasks. The ADA does not cover “emotional support animals”. Guests travelling with an ADA compliant service dog must register them at the time of reservation. Guests with unauthorized pets will be charged a minimum of a $250 cleaning fee and will be asked to vacate the hotel. The Chateau is a non-smoking/vaping hotel. The use of tobacco or marijuana products of any kind is prohibited in all of our guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Any violation of this policy will result in a minimum of a $250 cleaning fee.Damage and Loss Policy
A guest will be charged during their stay or after departure for damages and/or repairs required to return a guest room or property to sale-able condition.
