Our location is conveniently located 3/4 of a mile from& beaches and Bearskin Neck the home of Motif #1 “the most often-painted building in America.&rdquo The inn is conveniently located 35 miles north of Boston with a total of 15 ;guest suites, 8 suites ocean-front in our main Yankee Clipper building and 7 suites across the street in our Historic Bulfinch House. Most of the guest rooms in both buildings provide spectacular ocean views. The inn offers ocean-front function room and a patio available for weddings, business meetings, or other special events.
