Enjoy beautiful and rare antique furnishings coupled with modern conveniences and gracious hosts. The Inn is located at the base of the beautiful Hot Springs Mountain with only a short 3 block walk to Bath House Row in Historic downtown Hot Springs. 1 block walk to the Hot Springs Convention Center. From our front gate hike the beautiful trails leading up Hot Springs Mountain. Tucked beneath large Magnolia Trees enjoy the wrap around porch swing and rockers capturing the view of both West Mountain and Hot Springs Mountain. In the distance, beautiful & distinctive early 20th century buildings tower above the city. The Inn's property has a Lilly pond and patio, side verandah, and large yard with swings and sitting areas. There's on-site lighted parking and Trailer boat parking is conveniently located adjacent to the property.

    Part of the ambiance of our Bed & Breakfast is discovering the unique history of the past century. Restoration of the Inn was completed in 1999 and future projects on additional property are underway.

    Guest ParlorLarge pine pocket doors separate the Foyer, Parlor and Dining Rooms, each elegantly furnished. A beautiful gas fireplace and original Oak Mantel keeps it warm in the winter. Enjoy the charming 1880's Parlor set and cabinets filled with the Inn's fascinating background and interesting books, photos, videos, brochures and maps of Hot Springs.

    In the Main House, a delicious breakfast is served in the Dinning room between 8:30 & 9:30 at antique English Pub tables, fine China and fresh cut flowers. When weather permits, breakfast is served outside on the verandah. We also have homemade treats in the evening.
