1# bacon (chopped) 1 medium yellow onion (diced) 1 - 40 oz. can of pork and beans (Van Camp's) 1/2 c. brown sutar 1/2 c. catsup 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. chili powder Brown bacon and onions, drain. Combine cooked bacon mixture and all other ingredients. Turn into greased 2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8. |
