1 1/2 - 2# lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs or crushed saltine crackers
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
1/2 c. catsup

Mix with hands and press into greased 8x8 pan leaving a well around edge for drippings. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and drain drippings. Glaze with *topping and bake an additional 15 minutes.

*Topping: 1/4 c. catsup, 1/4 c. brown sugar and 1 tsp. dry mustard blended.

Serves 4-6 cowboys (8 regular folks).
