Nicki's Peanut Butter Oaties

Tastes almost like candy (as seen in Midwest Living Magazine)

Ingredients
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup quick oatmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup each butter or oleo and peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir. Add chips. Stir. Shape into 1" balls or drop by teaspoon and flatten slightly on ungreased cookie sheet.
