4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 T. baking powder
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients gently with hands. Turn out onto a floured surface. Do not roll but press out gently with palms. Cut out with thin-walled drinking glass. Bake at 425 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes or until biscuits turn lightly golden on top. Makes approximately 18.

*Serve with butter and wild berry jelly.
