(as seen in Midwest Living Magazine)

In small saucepan mix:
2 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
1/2 c. whipping cream

Add a small amount of milk (approximately 1/4 c.)
Bring to boil, boil 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla

*This sauce candies as it is poured over ice cream. Store in fridge and reheat in microwave.
