Ingredients

  • 2# ground beef (browned with onion)
  • 2/15 oz. cans black beans (undrained)
  • 2/15 oz. cans cream style corn
  • 2/10 oz. cans Rotel Original Tomatoes (undrained)
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese

Directions

In one large skillet: Brown ground beef and onions. Add all canned ingredients. Cube and add cream cheese. Heat and stir until all blended, warm and bubbly (photo before blending/warming).
