Raspberry Vinaigrette ~ Our most popular dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz or 1 pint salad oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup rasberries (pureed & strained)

Directions

Combine eggs and vinegar in blender.  Slowly add 1 pint salad oil.

Add sugar and raspberries.  Mix well.

Makes approximately 1 pint or 16 1oz servings.
