Raspberry Vinaigrette ~ Our most popular dressing
From 1859 HISTORIC NATIONAL HOTEL, A COUNTRY INNIngredients
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz or 1 pint salad oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup rasberries (pureed & strained)
Directions
Combine eggs and vinegar in blender. Slowly add 1 pint salad oil.
Add sugar and raspberries. Mix well.
Makes approximately 1 pint or 16 1oz servings.
