Since peaches are in season, summer is the perfect time to enjoy this famous Italian cocktail! It is delicious and simple to make.
- 4 tablespoons white peach puree
- 1 bottle Prosecco
Prepare the peach puree by halving two ripe peaches, remove the seeds and dice them. Process the peaches in a food processor, then press the mixture through a sieve discarding the solids.
Place one tablespoon of white peach puree into the bottom of a champagne flute and fill with Prosecco or champagne.
