Apple Butterscotch Scones
From ASA RANSOM HOUSEYield:
Yield : 12-18 sconesIngredients
- 1 egg white + whole egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 apple - chopped into 1/4
- 3/4 cup oats mixed with 1/4 cup flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix ingredients thoroughly until margarine is well blended with all else.
Scoop onto lined pans approx. 1 1/2" apart.
Bake for 15 min. Serve hot out of the oven.
