Introduction

The Inns of Gettysburg Area is an association of select Bed & Breakfast Inns. Some inns are inside and others around the historic town of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. We believe we offer the best alternative to typical hotels and motels in these ways:

Many inns are in historic buildings, which by their nature are in choicer locations within the historic town, or in the nearby Battlefield and adjacent countryside, whereas most hotels and motels are modern and stereotyped.

We'll go the whole mile to help you plan your visit, guiding you to local attractions - such as: historical sites, shops, & restaurants - and will give you more of our time than most hotels can do.

Friendly and attentive hosts will greet you and help you make your visit a pleasant & memorable experience - you're special, not just a room number.

Our delicious home-cooked breakfasts are a feature so much nicer than the typical hotel fare - and we try to use products from our local markets.

Our rooms are distinctively styled & furnished with period features, unlike most hotels and motels, whose rooms are much more standardized.
