Las Cruces makes the world's largest enchilada the first weekend in October at the "Whole Enchilada Fiesta". Each October Albuquerque hosts the world's largest international hot air balloon fiesta. Taos, with the mysterious “Taos Hum” is a haven for those that see that world from a deeper view point. But Taos is also a marvel of beauty, dining and shopping.
