- East Room - second floor room overlooks the fields and gardens, antiques, early paneling,queen antique bed and single bed, large private bath with tub/shower and double sinks,; $115,double,$85 single.

Weaving Room - second floor room furnished in antiques with original wooden ceiling,antique double bed, private bath; $95/night double,$80 single.

Cottage on the lake, available for rent by the week, sleeps 6. $1200/week June through October,$175/night-3 night minimum-Sept., Oct.
Reservation Information - Extra Person in a room $20
- 9% R&M tax added to the rate
- 10% discount for 4 nights + stay
- A deposit of 50% is required for a 1 nights stay and one nights deposit is required for 2 or more nights stay.
- A 7 day notice is required to receive a refund of deposit. A shorter notice will receive a deposit refund if room is rebooked.
- Payment may be made by VISA, Master Card, Discover,check, or cash.

The present owners,Doug and Janet,purchased and authentically restored the house, with attention to detail,over thirty years ago.The house is tastefully furnished throughout in period antiques that complement the 18th century era of the house.

Sitting areas for guests include a large country kitchen with woodstove, a library room with TV and fireplace, a rustic screened porch furnished in twig furniture that overlooks the meadows and gardens, and an outdoor stone wall patio. 
One of the horses at the farmEnjoy a walk around Meadow Farm's extensive gardens. Roses are a specialty of your host, with over 75 roses grown, including many historic varieties. Guests may visit the farm's horses grazing in the pastures on the property. Riding instruction is available only to qualified dressage riders.

Keeping RoomBreakfast: A full breakfast
includes,juice,freshly ground coffee,fresh fruit,our own farm fresh eggs,homemade bismarks,frittatas,pancakes,NH maple syrup,and our own preserves.Special consideration is given to guests with dietary needs.Breakfast is served in the Keeping Room with its original fireplace,bake oven,and feathered panelling,all dating to the 1700's.Innkeepers: Doug owns an agricultural research product company. Janet recently retired from the University of New Hampshire, where she was a professor in the Animal Science Dept. and had been director of their Equine Program.
