If youre in the town at the right time, attend "Mosaics - Festival for the Arts". This arts festival is hosted by Main Street in St. Charles each September and brings artists from across the States to exhibit and sell their artwork. All those interested in history can pay a visit to the St. Charles County Historical Society located in downtown St. Charles featuring plenty of local artifacts.
