The Casa Coquina Del Mar Bed and Breakfast is a family-owned Bed and Breakfast located in Titusville, FL. Since purchasing the Casa in March of 2012, we, Dennis and Ginny Fitzpatrick,  have welcomed our guests as members of our family. We have been Bed and Breakfast Innkeepers for years, starting with our first B & B, the Heritage House Inn, Johnstown, PA. We fell in love with the Casa Coquina's   beautiful river views as well as it's 1927 history and charm.
