Pueblo Bed and Breakfasts
The city of Pueblo is the most populous city of Pueblo County, Colorado. If you spend time at a Pueblo bed and breakfast, you will doubtless be told that a couple of the South Park episodes reference this town, including "The Losing Edge" and "Quest for Ratings." When staying at a Pueblo B&B or Pueblo inn be sure to visit the Bessemer Historical Society, which purchased most of the historic steel mill buildings in town. Pueblo is a frontier town and was the setting for Louis L'Amour's 1981 western novel "Milo Talon." If you want elegant dining try La Renaissance, which is located in an historic 1880s Presbyterian church. At El Nopal Restaurant try the authentic potato enchiladas and the excellent salsa. El Nopal has affordable, tasty food in a quiet family friendly atmosphere.
