Trinidad Bed and Breakfasts

Trinidad is located in Northern California on the coast in Humboldt County. Outdoor enthusiasts can find many activities to enjoy while in the area. Every June the City of Trinidad has their Annual Trinidad Fish Festival and 2008 was the 50th anniversary of this festival. The nationally known Trinidad to Clam Beach Run and Walk takes place every year at the end of January or beginning of February. Funds from the Run for towards the Chamber's Scholarship fund. For the outdoor enthusiast, there are many activities to enjoy while in the area. 10 minutes north of Trinidad is Patrick's Point State Park that has great trails and fun for the young and old alike. Big Lagoon is located just 15 minutes north of Trinidad and have such activities as swimming, fishing, canoeing, windsurfing and more can be experienced here. A place to shop is Saunders Shopping Center and offers a market, restaurant, post office and laundromat so you can eat while accomplishing other tasks. The Catch Cafe is a great choice for dining in or take-out meals. The menu boasts of many organic and local foods that include everything from clam chowder to burgers.
