Apple Cinnamon SyrupFrom THE WIDOW KIP'S COUNTRY INN
2 Tbs. cornstarch
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cups apple cider or natural apple juice
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 cup butter
In a saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, cider and lemon juice. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter.
Makes about 3 1/4 cups.
Serve well with "apple crisp pancake."
