Buttermilk Biscuits - Easy!From IDYLL TIME FARM, COTTAGE & STABLING
For every cup of self-rising flour, use 1/2 cup of cold buttermilk and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Each cup of flour makes 3-4 standard size biscuits. Roll dough on floured surface about 1" thick. Oil pan. Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown.
