The character and charm you'd expect with the most upscale amenities you'll find anywhere else in town. You'll feel comfortable without feeling overwhelmed by the decor, we provide items you want and use, nothing more. White Oak Manor was built in 1911 by the first county extension agent. He built his home in the Greek revival style that was so popular for this area during the turn of the century. Located in the Historic District of Jefferson, the Bed & Breakfast Capital of Texas, we are just a short walk to downtown and all the attractions there.

The front porch boasts a porch swing and plenty of other areas to “sit a spell” while relaxing and relishing in the peace and quiet where you’ll most likely see bright red cardinals flying about or a family of squirrels jumping in the tree tops.

A stay at our B&B is a welcome alternative to Jefferson hotels and the perfect destination for experiencing all that our area has to offer. Each of our three guestrooms is located on the second floor of the house. Just some of the up-scale amenities we offer in all three rooms feature central air conditioning, large ceiling fans, private en-suite bathrooms, in-room mini fridges, coffee/tea stations, 37” flat-screen TV-DVD players, and FREE Wi-Fi throughout.

Do you have a special occasion coming up? We would be happy to help make your honeymoon, anniversary, girlfriends' getaway, a special birthday or a romantic retreat all it can be.
