Austin's second tallest building, the Frost Bank Tower, opened in 2004 and stands at 515 feet and is located at the corner of Congress Avenue and 4th Street. There is a restriction that preserves the view of the Texas State Capitol building from various locations around Austin. Uchi Restaurant is very popular, be prepared to wait, even if you come early or late or on a weeknight. Carmelo's Italian Restaurant is an Italian landmark and popular for it's delicious cuisine.
