Historic Wing Rooms
These rooms are located in our historic wing and feature two queens or a king bed. All rooms come with 14 foot ceilings, an original brick wall from the 1830s, small whirlpool tub, large plantation shutters, and a ceiling fan. The decor of these rooms include hand crafted furniture and original artwork.

Grand HarbourView Guest Rooms
Furnished in the same gracious style as our other guest rooms, the Grand HarbourView Guest Rooms on our top floor feature working fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, and private balconies with spectacular views of the Charleston Harbor and Waterfront Park.
The Suite
This one-of-a-kind Suite on our top floor includes two rooms, a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a fold out bed. The room also includes a working fireplace, whirlpool tub, and 2 private balconies with a spectacular view of the Charleston Harbor and Waterfront Park. Off-Street Parking
The hotel offers valet parking at a fee of $18 per evening.
Age Restriction
Guest must be 21 years of age to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 72 hours before 3pm of the day of arrival. Guests who do not cancel within this time will be charged for a one-night stay with tax.
Credit Card Policy
The HarbourView Inn accepts all major credit cards.
Check-In Time
Check-In time is at 3 p.m., and Check-Out time is at 12:00 p.m. If late Check-Out is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early Check-In time will be extended with no extra fee when available.
Early Check-Out Policy
HarbourView Inn charges an early departure fee of half night’s rate and tax.
Reservations
There is a $25 per person fee that will be charged for stays with more than two guests.
Guarantee Policy
Generally; we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.
Pet Policy
The HarbourView Inn does not allow pets.
Smoking Policy
Our hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.
