For December 31st, dates around Valentines , "All Sales Final with No Changes or Cancellations," paid when reservation made.

14-Day Prior Cancellation Policy - Deadline to cancel or change reservation is 14 day prior to your reservation.
We happily Refund payment minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% if cancellation is made before the 14 day deadline.
You will receive an email confirmation & paid-in-full receipt showing our intent to honor your reservation and make your visit wonderful and magical.
