  • Introduction

The Sunset Inn front viewPeople who love the coast find Sunset Beach, North Carolina a truly special place. Our picturesque island has a temperate climate without the brutal extremes of summer or winter. Development in the area is limited and our natural beach is unspoiled and uncrowded, the way nature intended a beach to be.

The quiet comfort of The Sunset Beach Inn overlooks the beautiful saltwater marsh and Intracoastal Waterway and is just a block away from the ocean. As the sun rises, some guests may sneak a few more winks. Others will enjoy the pastel colors of morning, strolling along the seashore or just rocking on one of our many porches.
