    Why do most travelers stay at your inn?

    Most of our guests are Couple's get-a-ways, but we also have a lot of people that come here because we are a central location for people to explore New Hampshire. We are close to all that New Hampshire has to offer.

    What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn?

    We are the ONLY lake-front B&B in New Hampshire's Lakes Region. We have 216 feet of lake-front, including a small beach. Our Inn was formerly the vacationhome for the Pillsbury family. We are most known for our warm hospitality and our exquisite breakfasts

    If someone has never been to your city, what is the #1 reason to come visit?

    We are a rural Inn in the heart of all that New Hampshire has to offer. The number 1 reason for people to come here is to enjoy the beauty of Lake Winnisquam, and the Lakes Region. Natural beauty, hiking, skiing, boating are the reasons people come to visit.

    What’s the best compliment you have ever received about the inn?

    We have had a number of guests that have told us that they stay in B&Bs all over the world, and that the Lake House is one of the best they have ever stayed at. We have been told that our breakfasts surpass all other B&Bs, and we have been told that people feel at home at the Lake House at Ferry Point.

    What’s the best kept secret about the area?

    All of the beautiful State Parks that pepper the state

    1. The Loon Center
    2. The Squam Lakes Natural Science Center
    3. Canterbury Shaker Village
    4. The White Mountains, including Franconia Notch, climbing Mt. Washington on the Cog Railway, and driving on the Kancamagus highway

    What is your favorite restaurant/food in the area?

    Onions Pub and Restaurant, The Local Eatery, El Jimador Mexican Restaurant

    We have 10 rooms.

    Do you accept pets?

    No, but there are wonderful pet motels that we can recommend.
