The Duncan Suite is over 600 sq. ft. of lovely living space! Decorated in Wedgwood blues and greens. Originally this space was the "Victorian gentleman's billiard room and smoking lounge." The suite has a spacious bedroom with a hand-carved mahogany king-sized bed, a comfortable sitting area with a chaise lounge, and a fully furnished living room with a microwave, mini fridge, and canopied day bed. This room has a private bath (assigned, not shared) with standard tub/shower with whirlpool and pedestal sink that is located across the hall. We provide luxurious terry cloth robes in this room so you won't have to pack them!

On the second floor, overlooking the perennial English garden, the delightful Garden Room with fireplace provides a fabulous view of the garden while pampering the sensations with our dreamy, snug four poster rice bed.

The cozy Di Sopra Room on the third floor is a private retreat overlooking the garden. The walls are painted grassy green and offer a very tranquil and peaceful environment. The comfy sleigh-bed of carved walnut was designed by Bob Mackie. There is a private bath in the room with a double sink cultured marble vanity and a large cultured marble shower bath.

The Magnolia Suite is the original master bedroom to the mansion. This is a large, comfortable room that offers privacy and a very nice place to relax! Your private bathroom is en suite and has a standard tub/shower and a pedestal sink surrounded by the rooms original marble backsplash and mirror. If you choose to stay in the Magnolia Suite, you should know you will be in good company! We are proud to have had the following famous people stay in this room: Dr. Joyce Brothers, Gyorgy Kurtag, Angela Davis, Sebastian Currier, Peter Lieberson, Sonia Sanchez and Unsuk Chin. This room is a very special place in our home.

The Verde Room, hence its name, is decorated in shades of green along with an array of purples, blues and violets. The classic lines of the sleighbed and matching suite enhances beautifully the original woodwork of the room. The elegantly carved mantle, frames a cozy fireplace which guests enjoy on frosty evenings.

The Arts & Crafts Room is decorated in hues of natural cork accented with linen white and black. The room takes its name from the American Arts & Crafts Movement and features a Mission-style rocker and a bed inspired by the famous architects Greene & Greene. The preserved quartersawn oak hardwood floors, the handsome fireplace and the leather loveseat make this a very warm and inviting room. This room has a private bath (assigned, not shared) with walk-in tile shower that is located across the hall from the bedroom. We provide cozy terry cloth robes in this room so you won't have to pack them!
