Rates range from (Weekdays - $125-$195) (Weekends - $140 to $215) plus tax per night and includes a full course served breakfast in the main house. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Rooms are priced for double occupancy. An extra charge of $25 will apply per additional person(s). Excludes 2-bedroom suite which is priced for 4 people. 

Cash, check or debit card are preferred but we do accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover - which incur an additional 4% surcharge from credit card company.

Holidays require a 2 night minimum stayover. Please call if there are extenuating circumstances.

Special events (Art Festival, Seafood Festival) require a 3 night minimum stayover unless arrangements have been made ahead.

Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. If arriving later than 4pm please call for arrangements.

CANCELLATIONS:

For any cancellation if less than 7 days from due arrival date (14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) the cancelling guest is responsible for the cost of the entire stay, unless the room can be re-rented. in which case a $50.00 service fee will be charged. 

NON-SMOKING POLICY:

Cedar Key Bed & Breakfast is a ‘Smoke Free’ establishment. Smoking is prohibited inside any of our buildings. Smoking is allowed in certain outside designated areas. Guests and visitors who choose to ignore our non-smoking policy will be asked to leave, and there will be no refund of any un-used portion of the reservation, plus an additional $100.00 extra room cleaning charge will be charged to the credit card on file used to secure the reservation.

PET POLICY:

Cedar Key Bed & Breakfast gladly welcomes pets that accompany our guests. Guests must, however, always manage their pet(s). We charge a $30 pet fee, per room, per stay. This cost is based on an average of ONE hour of additional cleaning after guests with pets check-out. Should there be excessive cleaning needed due to pet soiling or shed hair, the guest will be responsible for additional cleaning charges, billed to the credit card on file.  Any damage to rooms or property caused by the pet(s) will be the responsibility of the pet-owner and financial restitution for the damage will be charged. Guests will be notified via email, with picture documentation of said soiling, hair or damage that is the cause for additional charges.

DAMAGES POLICY:

Regarding damage to Cedar Key Bed & Breakfast property or structure. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest(s) to the B&B’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card on file for the amount to repair, replace damaged items/structure, making every effort to keep costs that guest would incur to a minimum.
