Blueberry Breakfast Bundt Cake

Here's another super easy cake that we make all the time. It's one of 6 fabulous breakfast cakes that rotate in our menu. Our secret is boxed yellow cake mix, which takes the time and mistake factor out of the equation. Mixes up in a flash, looks beautiful and is a true crowd pleaser.

1 Yellow Cake Mix
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Mix all the ingredients except the berries in a bowl. Add berries last, fold in gently. Spray PAM well in a bundt pan and spread in the mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55 minutes or until center is firm. Let cool 10 mintes or so, turn out onto a platter.

If you like the cake glazed (a little sweeter), drizzle glaze across the top.
Glaze: mix 2 T melted butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 T orange juice
