Nutty Orange Pancakes

From WOODLAND COVE BED & BREAKFAST
1 Cup All-Pupose Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Egg, Beaten
1 Cup Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

In a mixing bowl stir together first six ingredients. In another mixing bowl combine egg, orange juice and cooking oil. Add to flour mixture all at once. Stir mixture just till blended but still lumpy. Fold nuts into batter.

Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle or heavy skillet. Cook till pancakes are golden brown, turning to cook second sides when pancakes have bubbly surfaces and slightly dry edges.
