Cantaloupe and Mint Soup

Ingredients:

1 Cantaloupe
1/4 cup of honey (More or less depending on the sweetness of the Cantaloupe.)
10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream

Remove skin and seeds from Cantaloupe

Puree Cantaloupe in food processor or blender with honey and Mint leaves until you reach a smooth consistency

Refreigerate until ready to serve

Just before serving whisk in Heavy cream.
