Maple Walnut Salad Dressing


2 quarts Mayonnaise
1 cup maple syrup, 100% pure
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp, dry ground mustard
1/2 cup peanut oil or Hazelnut oil

In a large stainless steel bowl, using a wire whisk, add all the ingredients together and whip until mixture is smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
