SAUSAGE BRUNCH BREAD

Serves   8-10

12 oz. pork sausage                         1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery                       1/4 c. chopped grn. pepper
1/2 tsp.  garlic salt                           3 oz. cubed cream cheese
2 T. chopped grn. onion                    2 T. minced parsley
1 tube crescent rolls                         1 egg, slightly beaten

     Cook sausage, onion, celery, green pepper and garlic salt
until meat is no longer pink.  Add cream cheese, green onion
and parsley and cook until melted.  Set aside.  Unroll crescent
dough on GREASED cookie sheet; press perforations together.
Roll into 12x10 rectangle.  Spoon mizture down center.  Fold
alternating strips at an angle forming a bread over mixture.
Brush with egg.   Bake  350    20-25 minutes.
