From TALK OF THE TOWN BED & BREAKFAST

Pour 1 package seasoned garlic croutons over the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle over 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese.
Beat and add over all:

7 eggs
3 c. milk
3/4 tsp. each salt and dry mustard

On top, add mushrooms, diced bacon, ham or sausage.
Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
