Herbed Scrambled Eggs

From SWAN HOUSE BED & BREAKFAST
8 large eggs
2 Tablespoons water
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
3 Tablespoons butter
salt and pepper, to taste

In a medium bowl, lightly mix eggs with water. Stir in cream cheese cubes, basil, and salt and pepper. In a large non-stick skillet, melt butter. Add eggs and scramble over low heat. Do not overcook.

Top
