Strawberry Soup
From ST. FRANCIS INN BED AND BREAKFAST OF ST. AUGUSTINE FLORIDA
Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream
1 12 ounce bag frozen strawberries, thawed
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine sour cream, strawberries, honey and vanilla. Blend in food processor until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint and serve cold.
