Country Breakfast Pie

1 1b. package bulk country sausage roll
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup half & half or milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scramble sausage in skillet and drain. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in pie shell. Add other ingredients to eggs and pour over meat in shell. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown and eggs test done in the center. Makes 6-8 servings.
