Don't Even Think About Your Diet Apples
From 11 SINGLETON HOUSE BED AND BREAKFASTCooking Time:

5 to 6 sliced apples - try a different type of apple with each baking until you discover the one you like best
1 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1-2 cups cheddar cheese
Melt 1 stick of butter
add 3/4 cup sugar
add 3/4 cup flour
Mix -- can be a little lumpy
Place apples in a glass pie dish
Pour mixture over the apples
Cover with 1 to 2 cups of Cheddar
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes and serve.
