Strawberry Bread

| 1 10 oz. Package frozen strawberries, thawed 2 eggs 3/4 cup oil 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 325. Puree strawberries in blender, set aside. Beat together eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients to the mixture and mix well, add strawberries and blend in. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes until done. Cool on rack for a few minutes then remove from pan to fully cool before slicing. |
