Choyce's Au Gratin PineappleFrom QUIGLEY'S LOG HOME B&B
1-20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. melted oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 crushed Ritz crackers
Spray 8x8 dish with Pam. Drain pineapple. Save 3-4 T. juice.
Combine sugar and flour. Mix pineapple, flour and sugar mixture.
Add cheese and put in dish. Sprinkle top with juice and then sprinkle crackers on top.
Drizzle with oleo. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Delicious.
