Pecan & Bleu Cheese Dressing



1/2 Cup of Lemon Juice
2 Cups of Plain Yogurt
1 Cup of Olive Oil
1 Cup of Finely chopped Parsley
2 Cups of Crumbled Bleu Cheese
2 Cups of Pecans (Toasted and chopped)


Method of Production:

After Pecans have toasted for a few minutes remove from the oven and let cool. Chop Pecans and Parsley up. Combine all ingredients together except Bleu Cheese crumbles. Mix well in a large bowl. Fold in Blue Cheese crumbles with a rubber spatula and chill.
