[it's easy--you can mix and bake it in the same dish]
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 tsp. Crisco Shortening
Melt Crisco & butter together in a 9"x9" glass Pyrex baking dish that you will bake it in [microwave it on low].
Add the following ingredients in the order they are in:
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Use a wire Wisk to stir together
1 can whole kernel corn undrained
1 can cream corn
Use the Wisk to stir again
Bake 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until set.
