Sour Dough Biscuits

about 25 biscuits Preheat oven to 425 degrees

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk

Dissolve yeast in warm water---set aside
In large glass bowl sift together dry ingredients
Add yeast to mixture-mix
Add oil and buttermilk and mix
Dough will be somewhat sticky. Refrigerate over night.
Roll or pat into biscuits.
Bake on greased sheet 12-15 minutes.
