Swedish Pancakes with Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 7 eggs

Directions

Mix all ingredients in blender. Cook in buttered round electric skillet at 350-375 degrees until lightly brown on one side and then flip over to brown other side.

Traditional toppings: butter & powdered sugar
Other toppings: strawberries & whipping cream or other fresh fruit.
