Savory egg muffins loaded with flavor. These are easy to prepare ahead or to make for larger groups as we have at the Inn! We shop our local farmer's market for the freshes bacon and sausage to make this recipe shine!
*Preheat oven to 350 degrees
*Spray muffin tins with non-stick canola spray
*Place small sausage patty in the bottom of each tin
*Add bacon around the edge so that it overlaps
*Beat eggs and add to muffin tins being careful not to fill commpletely to the top
*Sprinkle tops of eggs with shredded cheese
*Bake for 25-35 minutes depending on thickness of the bacon
*Let set and loosen edges with a knife to pop out muffins
Add any herbs you enjoy to taste. Sprinkle with paprika for decoration!
